Partnering with Ron Stoliar of Blue Stone Management Group again, as well as the direct construction coordinator for Air France and Swinerton Construction, SCRDG oversaw the buildout of the Air France Lounge in LAX. We adhered to the architectural and food service plans provided as well as airport protocol to deliver this project successfully. Located on the 6th floor of the midfield satellite concourse, this large space, now used by multiple international airlines, connects to the Tom Bradley terminal. The coordination presented logistical challenges due to its central airport location and daily team access. The facility, managed by Flick Hospitality Group, includes the main Air France passenger lounge with a VIP La Première room at the opposite end. It features two separate kitchens, open buffets, action stations, and multiple beverage areas. Working with Air France and Flick, we streamlined the kitchens for greater efficiency and continue to support upgrades.
