The goal of the Brizo Bar & Restaurant project was to create a restaurant destination for the neighborhood and Los Angeles community. The original kitchen design team designed a kitchen that was overpriced for the project. Southern California Restaurant Design Group was brought in to redesign and re-think the process of the operation. We came up with a design that avoided changing any of the shaft requirements and plumbing schematic. By sticking with the correct drain and gas flow requirements as well as avoiding redesigning the MEP, we successfully achieved our goal while saving the client a great deal of time and money. The end result of the changes led to an amazing restaurant that compliments the wonderful harbor-side property.
