The Colonial Country Club project presented a unique set of challenges, with long-distance coordination — but through strong leadership and collaboration, the result is a truly refined and high-performing culinary space. Led by Project Engineer James Robinson, whose attention to detail and steady direction kept the project on track, the kitchen was brought to life with an exceptional design by Hatch Design Group and top-of-the-line equipment throughout. The scope included four full Jade cooklines, Rational equipment, a Milbrasa fire grill, remote refrigeration for a quieter, cooler environment, and an impressive 138 pieces of custom equipment. Overseen by Senior Project Manager Chris Covington, the installation was executed seamlessly, resulting in one of the most polished and sophisticated projects Southern California Restaurant Design Group has delivered.
