Southern California Restaurant Design Group partnered with EZPZ Pizzeria to bring its first location to life, providing a complete commercial kitchen solution designed to support the launch and future growth of this new pizza concept. SCRDG provided turnkey services including kitchen design, equipment procurement, and installation, while strategically incorporating existing equipment to help control costs during the brand’s first opening.
As a new restaurant concept, the project required a thoughtful approach from the beginning. With no existing drawings available, SCRDG completed a full site survey to develop accurate plans and create a functional kitchen layout tailored to the space. The design process included careful consideration of one of the most critical components of any pizza operation—the pizza oven. Our team evaluated specifications, production capacity, electrical requirements, and installation logistics to ensure the selected equipment could meet EZPZ’s operational needs and be successfully integrated into the restaurant.
Through close collaboration and hands-on project management, SCRDG guided the EZPZ team through every phase of the process, delivering a highly efficient kitchen built for quality, consistency, and future expansion.
