Southern California Restaurant Design Group (SCRDG) helped transform FireRock Country Club’s food and beverage spaces into a modern, hospitality-focused destination designed around the needs of members and guests. For the main kitchen, SCRDG provided new hot-line kitchen equipment and a custom finishing station. The Upper Bar was outfitted with bar-service equipment supporting two full-service bar stations and a dedicated server station, while the Upper Beverage Station features a custom stainless-steel counter designed to accommodate a soda machine, water station with ice bin, and code-compliant hand sink. In the Lower Bar, SCRDG provided equipment for a full-service bar station, two grab-and-go merchandisers, a prep station, and additional support equipment. Throughout the 12-month buildout, SCRDG navigated the challenges of working within an existing space, responding to field variations with a quick, agile, and solution-oriented approach across purchasing, installation, and startup. The result is a complete transformation that places hospitality at the center of FireRock’s food and beverage experience.
