Southern California Restaurant Design Group (SCRDG) was proud to partner with SBE Entertainment Group on the Katsuya Ko project, located in the Westfield Center in La Jolla. Katsuya Ko brings a contemporary interpretation of modern Japanese cuisine to one of San Diego’s most vibrant shopping and dining destinations.
As part of our ongoing collaboration with SBE, SCRDG was selected to provide and install all foodservice equipment for the restaurant. Our team worked closely with project stakeholders to ensure the kitchen was designed and equipped to support Katsuya Ko’s refined culinary concept while maintaining efficiency, performance, and reliability.
In addition to equipment procurement and installation, SCRDG’s experienced project management team oversaw coordination and commissioning throughout the process. From planning through final implementation, our team ensured every system was installed and operating to the highest standards, supporting a seamless opening and long-term operational success.
