Southern California Restaurant Design Group partnered directly with ownership to bring Lounge 1888 to life, designing and outfitting a brand-new commercial kitchen and bar facility located in its own dedicated building on the Intuit Dome campus, home of the Los Angeles Clippers, in Inglewood, California. This sophisticated hospitality space was designed to deliver an elevated guest experience while providing the functionality required for premium food and beverage service.
The project features a beautifully appointed main bar complete with a walk-in cooler, Crysalli refrigeration station, dual beer towers, and undercounter refrigeration, as well as an exclusive speakeasy-style VIP bar offering a private setting for special guests. The back-of-house includes a fully equipped commercial cookline with high-performance foodservice equipment designed to support exceptional dining experiences for everyday service and private events. Our Account Executive, James Robinson, led the pre-construction planning and foodservice equipment procurement, while Project Manager Alvaro Nunez Ramirez oversaw the field installation, ensuring every detail was executed to the highest standards. The result is a refined, high-performance venue that seamlessly blends thoughtful design, operational efficiency, and premium hospitality.
