Southern California Restaurant Design Group partnered closely with the project architects from the earliest stages to develop a seamless back-of-house operation while supporting the client’s vision for an inviting, upscale dining experience. Every element was carefully considered to maximize efficiency, workflow, and guest engagement.
The commercial kitchen features a custom Jade Range cooking suite and a double-deck pizza oven, creating a versatile cooking environment built to support the restaurant’s culinary program. Beyond the kitchen, the design emphasizes the connection between the indoor dining space and the open bar, resulting in a sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.
