The Omnia La Costa Resort is located just minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Carlsbad. The resort offers its guests a variety of leisure amenities and delicious culinary experiences. Southern California Design Group was excited to assist with the remodel of their newest restaurant.
Southern California Restaurant Design Group was asked to help with the delivery dates and prices for the remodel. Not only were we able to lower the prices by over $100,000 without sacrificing any quality, we were also able to use American manufacturers to do it which was an additional plus.
The project was to remodel the existing facility, reposition a flight type dishwasher, add a new prep kitchen and add a banquet set up area for specialty menus. Our team coordinated with engineers to make sure the revised equipment specifications would work with the existing utilities.
Southern California Restaurant Design Group worked with the General Contractor and ownership of the Omni La Costa Resort to complete the project. Our team of coordinators and installers worked to make the installation run smoothly. This proved to be challenging because we had to work around an existing banquet kitchen while rebuilding over half of it into the new space.
