Leading national home loan lender and servicer, PennyMac, partnered with Southern California Restaurant Design Group to complete its corporate cafeteria. The new facility allows employees the opportunity to dine in-house and the kitchen doubles as an area to host catered meals for corporate events and holidays.
The challenge with the PennyMac cafeteria was making the facility inviting as well as a fully functional kitchen with the ability to address cook to order requests. To complete the project we had to follow the Covid-19 rules for opening inspections. We are proud to say that the new kitchen passed inspections the first time they were done, highlighting our high level of knowledge in helping clients deal with the new Covid 19 laws. This project reflects our high level of experience and commitment to the business industry sector of foodservice.
