San Pedro Fish Market is the second restaurant Southern California Restaurant Design Group worked on for the ownership. This project was particularly challenging because it was the first retail restaurant the company has opened. After opening, the owners realized that they needed to make some major changes when building their next unit. One of those changes meant modifying custom equipment and rethinking some buyouts.
Southern California Restaurant Design Group was able to utilize the items previously made for the new restaurant. This helped to save money on custom equipment that could not be reused. Our team reorganized the buyout equipment to give the ownership exactly what they wanted without any major cost for restocking or return freight. The restaurant is now open and their business is doing very well with the redesign.
