Southern California Restaurant Design Groups’ Account Executive, Justin Flanagan, worked with the SBE/C3 team to create an efficient ghost kitchen that accommodates the 3 brands provided by the virtual operation. The Beverly Hills location includes Umami Burger, Krispy Rice and Sam’s Crispy Kitchen.
We also provided the equipment specification and installation of the kitchen’s operation. This project put SCRDG on the map as a leader in the new pivot taking place in the restaurant industry.
