Fondly known as an 84 year old start up, Steak N Shake is in the midst of an aggressive expansion both nationally and internationally. Southern California Restaurant Design Group is one of two national KEC’s, Kitchen Equipment Contractors, that handle Steak N Shake corporate projects. Our company was brought in to implement kitchen equipment procurement and installation for new construction of Steak N Shake locations. The Compton project contains all new equipment and the space was easy to work with. We are excited to be a part of this Steak N Shake expansion effort. The Compton location of Steak N Shake is set to open at the end of March 2017.
