Superba Food + Bread in Calabasas. This marks our first Superba project and continues our successful partnership with American Gonzo Food Group.
The design of this location presented unique challenges due to its long and narrow kitchen layout. To optimize the space, we implemented a remote backbar solution, ensuring ample room for essential equipment and refrigeration storage. The kitchen features high-quality Garland cooking equipment and Atosa refrigeration units, selected for their reliability and performance.
We are proud to have contributed to creating a functional and inviting space for Superba Food + Bread in Calabasas and look forward to future collaborations with the American Gonzo Food Group.
