The owners of Rex Steakhouse partnered with Southern California Restaurant Design Group to redesign their kitchen and bar space. We also supplied the equipment and provided installation services for the exciting new South Bay concept. To achieve the best design, we worked directly with the head chef. Together we improved the kitchen layout, maximized counter space, created a more efficient preparation area, and found a better way to utilize storage space. We then successfully obtained approval for the redesign from the health department. By understanding the client’s needs working on an accelerated timeline we were able to help The Rex Steakhouse open and serve customers by their goal date.
