Southern California Restaurant Design Group partnered with designer Allen Moret to bring new life to a beloved Brentwood neighborhood restaurant. The project featured a thoughtfully selected mix of high-performance equipment tailored to the executive chef’s needs, including Captive-Aire hoods, Pitco fryers, Glastender and Krowne bar systems, and Royal Deluxe cooking equipment. With minimal customization required—limited to corner guards and enclosure panels—the installation process was smooth and efficient. The result is a fully modernized kitchen and bar that support seamless operations while complementing the restaurant’s inviting new atmosphere. What was once a long-standing local watering hole has been transformed into a warm, welcoming dining destination poised to serve the Brentwood community for years to come.
