Southern California Restaurant Design Group brought Truly Pizza to life in one of the most enviable settings imaginable — a beautifully rebuilt beachfront home along Pacific Coast Highway, just 100 feet from the ocean. The project featured a carefully curated equipment lineup, including industry-leading brands such as Pizza Master, Vulcan, True, Beverage-Air, and Manitowoc, ensuring the kitchen was built to deliver exceptional food and beverages worthy of the stunning location. A standout highlight of the build was the custom-fabricated dish table, engineered specifically for high-volume demands and built for speed to keep pace with a busy beachside crowd. The project was not without its challenges — working within the constraints of a converted residential structure on PCH presented electrical limitations, an extremely tight footprint, and the added complexity of strict city ordinances governing delivery schedules. Through careful planning and expert execution, the Southern California Restaurant Design Group overcame every obstacle, creating a functional and efficient kitchen where guests can now enjoy great food and refreshing drinks before hitting the waves or taking a romantic stroll along the beach.
