SCRDG worked with both the corporate team at Wahlburgers and franchisee, Max Lee, to open the concept’s first location in Hawaii. Account Executive, James Robinson, led the project management including procuring the foodservice equipment and assisting in the coordination and installation of it. The restaurant includes an upgraded kitchen and a lively bar to enhance the dining experience. Despite ongoing supply chain issues, SCRDG was able to utilize vendor relationships to assure all equipment reached Honolulu on time to meet the client’s grand opening at Ala Moana Center.
