Southern California Restaurant Design Group partnered with Paul Sticker and the Galardi Group, who own and operate multiple restaurant concepts in Arizona, and with Tanaka + Reily Architects, to bring a functional design to the newest Wienerschnitzel location. This project had unique challenges, in that the space houses Wienerschnitzel, Original Hamburger Stand and Tastee Freez, so Account Executive Michael Freed worked closely with the owners to assure the interiors featured elements from all brands in a cohesive manner. The operational flow in both the kitchen and front of house areas was also key to assuring efficiency of the shared space.
