For Layla’s opening in Beverly Hills, we provided and installed a full suite of high-quality commercial kitchen equipment to support their growing operations. The project included the integration of essential components such as a Mars air curtain, Quantum shelving, a Hoshizaki ice machine, CaptiveAire hood system, CMA dish machine, Krowne under bar equipment, True undercounter refrigeration, Rational ovens, and Hatco heat lamps.
To meet the specific needs of the space, we also fabricated custom stainless steel elements, including a condiment counter, wall flashing, and equipment enclosures.
The installation was completed smoothly and without any issues, reflecting a well-coordinated effort and efficient planning. While this project didn’t present any unique challenges or features, it marked an important milestone as Layla Bagels expanded into its second location.
